Incredible Found Footage of 11-Year-Old Prince's First-Ever Interview This is an absolutely incredible piece of lost media. Watch this recently unearthed news footage from a 1970 Minneapolis teachers' strike where a WCCO news crew unknowingly interviewed an 11-year-old Prince Rogers Nelson. In what is believed to be his first-ever on-camera interview, a young Prince confidently speaks in support of his striking teachers. The future music icon argues that teachers deserve a better education and should get more money because they work extra hours. This rare, historic clip provides a mind-blowing glimpse into the early life and character of the legendary artist who would become The Purple One.
