Slaghuis is a foundational movement and platform in South African Hip-Hop, established in 2003 in Diepkloof, Soweto. It was created by a group of passionate friends to provide a safe, communal space to enjoy hip-hop music at a time when the genre was still widely questioned in mainstream SA culture #southafricanhiphop #casspernyovest #mzansihiphop #rap #sahiphop #areece #amapiano #emtee #aka #djmaphorisa #slaghuis
